This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Swaadrani, a brand owned and operated by Pachadi Illu Private Limited.

In case you are dissatisfied with your order or any particular product, please let us know the reason for your request. Swaadrani (Pachadi Illu Private Limited) reserves the right to review and, at its discretion, approve or reject return requests after evaluating the reason provided.

All our shipments are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may raise a return request by following the steps below

• Log in to your account
• View your order history and select the product you wish to return
• Fill out the return request form by stating a valid reason

Once the request is raised, our team will review it and, upon approval, initiate a reverse pickup from your address. The refund amount will be processed within 5 working days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the same account or card used for making the purchase.

Note: Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned shipment, except in cases where the package is confirmed to be lost in transit.
