We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000 a standard delivery charge of ₹99 is applicable.This offer is valid for orders shipped within India.

Yes, we ship to all locations across India.

What are the domestic delivery timelines?

Orders shipped from Hyderabad are typically delivered within 2 -4 business days.Orders shipped to other parts of India are delivered within 5-7 business days

All our products are freshly prepared, finished, and packed one to two days prior to order dispatch. We strive to deliver your order to your dining table at the earliest possible time. However, delivery timelines may occasionally be impacted due to festive seasons, logistical delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?

Yes. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order ID and order details.After your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive SMS notifications. An additional message will be sent shortly before delivery.

How do I return products or seek a refund?

  • Every effort is made to fulfill orders as per the specifications and timelines mentioned for each product. If, due to unforeseen circumstances or limitations on our part, an order is not shipped or delivered, the order will be cancelled and the amount paid by you will be refunded.
